This Refund Policy applies to purchases of ToolVault Pro made through our reseller, Paddle, by Daylan Nekula ("we", "us").
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used to check out, or
- email our support team at serviceforgelabs@gmail.com and we will help you with the request.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal or the App's settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, you can request a refund within 30 days of that renewal under the policy above.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law (for example, the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal).
